I am a licensed esthetician with a focus on providing results-oriented treatments and professional grade home care products. My private, by appointment only skin studio is located in Roseville. I am located in the suite on the left side of the building. Enter through the French doors to the left of the building., and make your first left. Please do not enter through the doors to the right of the building. Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges on products. Refunds are not available on services performed. Please note that per my cancellation policy, 48 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the booked service being charged. Lash clients: please note that a fill means 40% or more of lash extensions are remaining. Fills booked with less than 40% remaining extensions will be an automatic full set. Due to the myriad of different lash products available, in order to give the best results possible, I am unable to accept fills from other artists, so new clients with lashes on will require a removal and a full set. Cancellation Policy
I charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time. No- shows and same day cancellations are charged 100% the cost of the service. If you are late to an appointment, the time is deducted from the service time, up to 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, it is considered a no-show appointment, and will be charged the full price of the service. If a no-show or cancellation occurs and I am unable to collect the due fee for any reason, payment of the fee and a non-refundable time retainer will be required in order to book.
Frequent rescheduling will result in a non-refundable time retainer in order to book. Frequent rescheduling is considered three back to back rescheduled appointments. After the third rescheduled appointment, all further bookings will require a non-refundable deposit prior to the booking being accepted. If that appointment is rescheduled or canceled, the deposit is forfeited, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If you are sick in any way, have any symptoms or have potentially been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment; if you do not reschedule before the 48 hour window prior to your appointment, my cancellation/no-show policies will remain in effect and you will be charged accordingly.
