I’m Ash, a licensed esthetician with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and the owner of Skin Deep by Ash, a private day spa tucked within the Diamond Creek neighborhood of Roseville. Here, science meets ritual. I specialize in bespoke, all-inclusive facial experiences that merge advanced corrective skincare with deeply restorative touch. My offerings also include Hydrafacial treatments, natural brown-toned lash extensions, full-body waxing, and private infrared sauna sessions, all designed to rejuvenate the skin, calm the mind, and elevate your sense of well-being. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo practitioner, last-minute changes or missed appointments directly impact my small business. Please review the following policies carefully before booking: Cancellations & Reschedules: A 50% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged for any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment time. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day or clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the remaining time will be used to complete as much of your service as possible. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full. Payment & Future Bookings: If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be collected, payment of the outstanding balance plus a non-refundable time retainer will be required to secure any future bookings. Frequent rescheduling (defined as three consecutive rescheduled appointments) will also require a non-refundable deposit to hold future appointment times. Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled. Health & Illness: If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window for illness will still fall under the standard cancellation policy unless otherwise determined on a case-by-case basis.
